In the web portal permissions page, add a table that displays how often a patient logs into the portal.

Physical therapy, chiropratic, and other forms of therapy need their own request tab, right along with lab and imaging. Not sure if durable medical goods can be worked into this tab.

Qilin wants to be able to delete files from the print history.

It's not uncommon to do a print, which records this in the print history and find you've made a mistake. So, you correct it, and print it again .. and this leads to many incorrect copies of the print history. the latest though should be correct.

Patients with a lot of results, say for MVA claim, industrial injury claims, etc., have a lot of records. A tree view of patient results in addition to existing "Text Results" and "Numerical Results" tab would help record navigation.

The print history shows all the documents printed. I think it should be possible to add the consultid to the print history, and then display this on request.

Doesn't seem to be generating ticklers or events for the Referral history applet

currently only requests made on the request templates are tracked. how about tracking those made elsewhere?
